NEW WATER CONNECTIONS

 

For a new residential connection, please: 

  • Enter your details on the application form (click here)
  • Sign the water supply agreement (click here) and direct debit form (click here)
  • Pay the connection charge and the new meter charge (if applicable)
  • Return the two forms and connection payment (if paying by cheque) either directly to us or by post, contact details (click here)

 

FOR A COMMERCIAL CONNECTION, in addition to the items above, please :

  • Use the commercial application form (click here)
  • Prior to payment provide an estimated water demand calculation 
  • Provide an estimated peak flow calculation to help determine the size of the water meter you will need

 

FOR Change of ownership, please :

 

We recommend you apply at least six weeks prior to the installation being required
